Ordering

I'm looking for a part, do you have it?

We've done our best to include the 600,000+ SKUs that we have in our warehouse on the website. Sometimes though you'll be looking for a part we don't have. Give us a call and we'll do our best to help you out.

Why was my payment declined?

If you feel that your order has been incorrectly declined, please ensure that your Billing Address matches exactly to your credit card statement and your CVV number from your credit card is correct.

If you wish to pay by cash or Interac, you will need to place your order at one of our stores, not online.

In-Store Pickup

When will my order be ready?

Once you have placed your order, the information is sent to our warehouse to be picked. It's usually a 10-15 minute wait from receiving your order confirmation to having the parts ready for pickup.

If there are parts on your order that have to come from the local distribution warehouse, it will typically take an additional 45 minutes to receive and process your order.


Can someone else pickup my order?

Yes. They will need know the full name of the person who placed the order as well as the order number.

Local Delivery

Can I have my parts delivered to my home or workplace?

Yes! If your only vehicle is broken, how are you going to get to the store to buy parts? We can now deliver your online order to anywhere in Saskatoon, Warman and Martensville.

How much does it cost to have my parts delivered?

Our delivery fee varies based on the size of your order and the delivery location. In some cases, free delivery is available! You can learn more about our Local Delivery option here.


Warranty and Returns

A refund or an exchange of a defective part will be processed only if it is accompanied by the original sales invoice. All items must be in their original condition and must not be damaged due to incorrect installation upon return. The warranty is limited only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

All items are given a limited warranty period by the manufacturer. This period, as well as any terms & conditions are dictated by the individual manufacturer. The manufacturer will allow the parts to be covered by their warranty provided that the part was not modified by the buyer.

Under NO circumstances will our liability exceed the amount of the original sale.

Products damaged as a result of abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, improper installation, alteration, or modification will not be covered by the warranty.

The warranty does not cover airfreight charges, labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses resulting from installation errors.

All lightbulbs are given a 30 day limited warranty by Sutherland Automotive.
